  • What is your return & exchange policy?
    Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be made within 14 days after receiving your order. All claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims that are determined to be our fault will be at expense. If you notice an issue with your product or any other issues with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we may begin your problem referral. To ensure that our customers are satisfied with their order, we are willing to resolve any issues and send a replacement order (an exchange) at our expense. However, if this is not possible, of if you cannot wait for a new order to arrive, please let us know and contact us so we can issue your refund.
  • How many days do I have to initiate a return or exchange?
    For all products, you can submit a refund application to us within 14 days after receiving your order(s). However, you must provide proof (order confirmation, photos and/or videos showing the damage & errors were caused by us and our manufacturers to begin the refund process.
  • Can I return or exchange an item without a receipt?
    Although we strongly advise you to keep up with your receipt (if your order provides one) as this will help speed up the refunding/exchange process, we will continue to provide our customers with exceptional service if receipt is no longer available prior to your refund process beginning.
  • How do I initiate a return or exchange?
    In such situations, you first would want to fill out & leave us a message of concern within a contact form found on our contact tab. After this is done, we will be in contact with you regarding your order and potential refund. *Pictures/evidence of order may be asked to be presented to avoid delays with your refund/exchange.
  • How long does it take to process a refund or exchange?
    Once your application is returned to us as a valid reasoning for your reimbursement, your refund will be charged back to you which tends to take 3-5 business days to process back into your account. *We will remain in constant contact with our customers during the refund process to ensure satisfactionfrombeginningtoend.*
  • Will I receive a full refund for the returned item?
    Once you file a refund application & your application comes back as valid then yes, a full refund or the option of exchanging your order for another and/or receiving store credit will be provided to you.
  • Do I need to pay for shipping when returning or exchanging a return?
    No, you will not have to pay shipping costs for returns will be covered at our expense.
  • Do I need to provide photos of the damage or errors in the product when requesting a return or exchange?
    Yes, it would be best to send in photos to ensure authenticity of error on our end. *Adding photos can speed up response time & refund process. *
  • What should I do if my order hasn't arrived within
    In events such as these, it is recommended to wait 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) if your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe. *Often expected only during national holidays & peak seasons. *
  • Are there any delays expected during holidays and peak seasons?
    Although not likely, do expect delays during holiday seasons as well as peaks seasons (Most mailing services’ peak seasons range from October to January.)

  • How long does it take to receive a response to my inquiry?
    Responses are generally providedin a timely manner between 24-48 hours (1-3 business days). Check your email occasionally for responses regarding your inquiries.
  • Is my payment secure?
    Your privacy & security are our utmost concerns.We accept most debit/credit cards and PayPal, we utilize both highly secure & encrypted systems, ensuring the protection of customers & accountability of merchants.
  • Can I set up automatic recurring payments?
    With our Afterpay option you may set up recurring payments.
  • Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs?
    Shipping rates remain the same throughout your order even when combing multiple orders, however free shipping will be issued once the target price is met.
  • Do you provide free shipping on orders over a certain amount?
    The target price for Free shipping is $250+!
  • Is there a tracking number for my order?
    Yes, a tracking number will be provided once your order is fulfilled and shipped out, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number for your order. It usually takes 5-7 business days for orders to ship out from our fulfillment center.
  • How do I track the shipping progress of my order?
    You will be able to track your order’s progress once your order ships out from our fulfillment center. An email with your tracking info will be provided shortly after your order has been dispatched.
  • What happens if my package gets lost or damaged during shipping?
    Although this shouldn’t ever be an issue, in the rare case that your order is significantly damaged, has quality issues or if your order happens to get lost during delivery you can request a refund or an exchange of product.   • Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
    We strongly advise you when providing your shipping information that you double check to ensure all information provided is correct prior to submitting your online order to avoid order delays and/or order cancellations. However, in the case where you need to change your information you may do so up to 24-48 hours after placing the order. This small-time window is to simply ensure we have enough time to make the necessary changes to your order prior to your package being dispatched, (Once dispatched and shipped from our fulfilment center, shipping changes can no longer be altered.)
